I am a Senior Automation Engineer with expertise in HP Operation Orchestration. I have a range of skills with this product, varying from infrastructure implementation including on going support, right through to developing and documenting automaton workflows. I have been able to utilise several years’ experience of Support to develop user-friendly automation workflows. In over 5 years experience with HPOO I have had the opportunity to build skills in an array of technologies. These include MS SQL Server, MS SCCM/SCOM and PowerShell to name a few. I have also had the opportunity to develop automation workflows for several IT functions from automating user administration task at the Service Desk layer, right through to full end to end automation of Patch Management. In addition to my development experience, I am also experienced in performing the role of a Technical Business Analyst. I hope to use my Automation skills to help manage the ever-growing demand for Cloud infrastructure.
