Dale Scott is a partner in, and is the Executive Vice President and Director of Office Brokerage at CBRE|MEGA. He is involved in all aspects of office brokerage including leasing, sales, tenant representation, development and syndication. In his 25 years as a commercial agent, Dale has been involved with several of Omaha's premier projects from conception to completion. Prior to Dale's affiliation with CBRE|MEGA, he was a partner in an Omaha real estate company that eventually merged with the Mega Corporation, now CBRE|MEGA. In the last 24 months, Dale has brokered in excess of $100 million in transactions. He is also a multiple recipient of CBRE|MEGA's Platinum Club Award for excellence in sales achievement. This award is given annually by CBRE|MEGA for the highest level of sales achievement.
