Overview
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Most of my professional experience has been working with and supporting children, adolescents, and families. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I currently co-facilitate DBT Multi-family groups for suicidal adolescents. I am also extremely passionate about working with children and adolescents with trauma. My training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) has given me the tools to support children and teens who are experiencing traumatic stress. I am happy to announce that I have started a part-time private practice.
