For the last 20 years, I have worked in IT across a wide range of industries. My work has pre-dominantly involved analysis, writing, and training; as well as programming and system support. A common theme in my roles has been the need to break down the complexity of systems for the non-technical users. I enjoy learning the various systems that I encounter and then passing that knowledge to end users through instructional design of eLearning and written materials.
